1. Free Returns & Full Refunds

  • Full Cash Refunds: If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you are eligible for a full refund of the purchase price.

  • 100% Free Return Process: There are zero return shipping or restocking fees when you request a return or full refund in accordance with our terms.

  • Refund Method: Once your returned items are received and inspected at our factory, your refund will be processed and credited back using your original method of payment.

2. Product Replacements

  • Prefer a replacement instead of a refund? We fully accept product replacements for any item if you received a defective product, an incorrect item, or damaged packaging.

  • In-Store Replacement (Free): You can bring eligible items directly to our factory/store location in Abu Dhabi for an immediate, free replacement at zero cost.

  • Doorstep Pickup & Replacement: If you need our courier to pick up the item and drop off a replacement at your home, this service is fully supported.

3. Eligibility Window & Conditions

You may request a full refund, return, or replacement within 7 days of receiving your order, provided that:

  • The items are unused and in their original factory packaging.

  • You can present your order confirmation, receipt, or proof of purchase.

  • Hygiene and paper products must be unopened and uncompromised (unless being returned due to a manufacturing defect or transit damage).

Shipping & Delivery Guidelines

We offer structured, transparent delivery terms based on your location within the United Arab Emirates (UAE):

Abu Dhabi Deliveries

  • Free Delivery: Enjoy FREE delivery across Abu Dhabi on any order above 150 AED.

  • Standard Delivery Fee: For orders below 150 AED within Abu Dhabi, a flat delivery charge of 10 AED applies.

Other Emirates Deliveries (Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman, RAK, Al Ain, etc.)

  • Free Delivery: Enjoy FREE delivery across other Emirates on any order above 500 AED.

  • Standard Delivery Fee: For orders below 500 AED to other Emirates, a flat delivery charge of 30 AED applies.
